Fairly new for the street, this plot didn't even have an assigned number for the 1913 map of Haverford. It was built around the mid-1950s in a style somewhat unique for the neighborhood.
Its first owners were probably the Kirkpatricks. They lived in the home at least until husband William's death in 1961.

The home went on sale in 1982 for $89,500, and was sold to the Crisman family in 1982 for $85,000. They sold it in 1992 for $138,500.
